Yellow Yeti Travel helps riders all around the world have great riding holidays that offer a real taste of adventure, no matter how much riding experience you have or the level of support you are looking for. We do this by providing information on the best motorcycling destinations and routes, along with assistance booking motorcycle rentals, accommodation and multi-day tours.
Designed for more adventurous travellers, our focus goes beyond traditional guided tours and we provide a range of support, from free helpful planning/inspiration info on routes & destinations, to route notes packs (GPS tracks and route notes), through to self-guided tours (where we book the accommodation and motorcycle rental, if required). We will also offer guided tours as a travel agent, working with carefully selected local partners, but only to regions that are remote and more difficult/dangerous to travel to independently.
Over the years we’ve ridden all over the world and when we’re not riding, we’re researching and planning rides for ourselves and other people. You can rely on us to find the best routes, places to eat and accommodation around the world to help you get the most out of your time and budget.
Travelling the world by motorcycle is never cheap, but by travelling with us, we’ll help make sure that you get the most out of your time and budget. We only use routes, accommodation and local partners that we know we can trust, to make sure that you get the best experience possible. Yellow Yeti Travel is also fully insured as a tour operator/travel agent, operating out of the United Kingdom, adhering to the UK’s Package Travel Regulations, which are some of the strictest in the world in terms of ensuring that travellers get what they are paying for.
Things don’t always go to plan and that’s where we can help. Whether you buy route notes, rent a motorcycle or go on one of our self-guided tours, we will always do our best to assist you where we can to get you back on track.
Self-guided motorcycle tours offer freedom, flexibility and independence for individuals or groups of friends that want a riding holiday organised for them, without a group or leader. Our self-guided motorcycle tours are designed around tried and tested itineraries, to showcase the best routes and destinations in the area, ensuring you get the most out of the time you have.
For your convenience our self-guided motorcycle tours are packaged up to include bike rental (although all trips can be done on your own bike, if preferred), accommodation, maps and GPS routes for the route that you are going to take. Because it’s all about you though, these trips are completely customisable and you can choose the bike you want to ride (or bring your own), the level of accommodation you would like and the duration that you want to go for.
In addition to our self-guided tours, Yellow Yeti offers a range of guided motorcycle tours around the world, focussing on gravel & adventure riding, working with trusted local partners. Our guided motorcycle tours tend to be in regions that it is more difficult or less desirable to ride without the support of a tour leader and support.
Keen to just get on with it yourself, but don’t have the time (can’t be bothered) to plan every aspect of your trip? Yellow yeti Travel offers Route Note packs for a selection of tried and tested itineraries in our favourite riding regions.
Each pack includes daily routes, which can be downloaded as individual GPX files (for TomTom or uploading to a compatible phone app) or as a single larger file containing all the routes and some additional waypoints for Garmin/BMW sat navs. Each trip also has an accompanying pack of route notes, covering suggestions on things to see and do, where to eat and options for accommodation.
Over the last decade adventuremotorcycletravel.com has been built up to inspire and advise riders from around the world and help them achieve their dream rides.
